Our host waits for you at the aircraft door or the end of the jet bridge, name sign in hand. He accompanies you from the very first steps.
Immigration and customs
We guide you through the border and customs checks. Our team knows the circuits of each terminal and directs you to the points best suited to your situation.
Baggage claim
We track your bags to the belt, collect them and carry them to your car. You do not wait standing.
Transfer to your destination
A private chauffeur drives you to your hotel, home or meeting. Your host coordinates the meeting point with the chauffeur while you finish the formalities.
If your luggage does not arrive
A missing bag on arrival is a setback we take in hand. Our host accompanies you to the airline desk, files the report with you and records the delivery address. You continue on your way without waiting on site, and we follow the matter through to the return of your bag.
The entry formalities (EES)
Since the introduction of the Entry/Exit System (EES), travellers from outside the Schengen area register their biometric data on entering the territory. The first crossing is the longest: photograph and fingerprints are recorded, then reused on later trips. Our team knows these procedures and accompanies you at the kiosks and desks, so the step goes without confusion.

What to prepare
To arrange your arrival, we need your flight number, your booking reference (PNR), a copy of your passports, the number of bags and the destination address if you would like a transfer. We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead. Subject to availability, we also handle last-minute requests.
