Star One provides meet and greet and VIP assistance at Orly, across all four terminals. Our teams accompany travellers on departure, in transit and on arrival, at the airport closest to Paris.
Four terminals, one building
Orly has four terminals : Orly 1, Orly 2, Orly 3 and Orly 4, forming a single continuous building. Orly 3, built as a junction between the two original piers, connects the whole.
In practice, you walk from one terminal to another. No shuttle is involved. This is the clearest difference from Roissy, and it makes the airport easier to read for a first-time visitor.
The Orlyval, often described as an internal shuttle, is not one: it is the automated link to the RER B suburban line. You will not need it to reach another terminal.
We confirm your terminal from your flight number. Terminal allocations change regularly at Orly, so only your ticket for the day is authoritative.
An airport close to Paris
Orly lies around fifteen kilometres south of Paris. Since 2024, metro line 14 has served the airport directly, with an entrance in front of Orly 3 and roughly twenty minutes to the centre of the city.
That proximity changes how a journey is organised, and not always in the expected way. Because the journey is short, margins shrink: people leave later, arrive closer to the wire, and a setback is harder to absorb than it would be from Roissy.
We set the pick-up time against your flight and the conditions on the day, not against a theoretical journey time.
Early departures, late arrivals
Orly works in waves. Traffic concentrates at opening and at the end of the day, shaped by the airport’s night-time operating restrictions.
In practice, a substantial share of departures take place before daybreak, and a substantial share of arrivals land as the airport is closing. Both are moments when the terminal is busy, when desks are opening or shutting, and when a passenger travelling alone can quickly find no one to turn to.
Our teams cover these hours. Assistance at five in the morning is arranged the day before, with a confirmed meeting point and a driver set to your departure time.

Lounge access
Access to a lounge depends on the airline, the class of travel, your frequent flyer status and, in some cases, your bank card. Orly offers fewer lounges than Roissy, and they are not evenly distributed across the terminals.
We check in advance what your ticket entitles you to and accompany you to the relevant lounge. If no access is included, you will know before you reach the airport.

How do I get from one terminal to another ?
On foot. The four terminals form a continuous building, linked by the Orly 3 junction. No shuttle is needed.
My flight has changed terminal, how will I know?
Terminal allocations change regularly at Orly. We check yours when preparing your assistance, then again the day before your flight, and let you know of any change.
Does the EES apply at Orly?
Yes. Since April 2026, nationals of countries outside the European Union have their biometric data recorded on entry to and exit from the Schengen area, at Orly as at Roissy. The first crossing takes the longest. We let you know in advance whether you are affected and accompany you on the day.
Can I use a lounge if my ticket does not include one?
It depends on the lounge and on your flight. Some offer paid entry, others do not. We look into the options before you travel.
