About Star One VIP
Star One is an airport concierge service. Our work is to accompany passengers through every stage of their time at the airport: on arrival, on departure or in transit. Founded eight years ago by Maha Magri, the company brings together welcome hosts, porters and private chauffeurs at the service of a demanding clientele, French and international.
Our business
An airport is a place of constraints: formalities, luggage, sprawling terminals, tight connections. Our work is to absorb these constraints so the passenger does not have to deal with them. In practice, that means welcoming someone as they leave the aircraft, carrying their luggage, accompanying them through the formalities, settling them into a lounge, coordinating their chauffeur, and making sure every step follows the next without their having to ask for anything. We operate on commercial flights and in business aviation alike, for individual travellers, families, crews and delegations.

Star One was born of a simple conviction: the quality of a welcome cannot be decreed, it is built in the detail and in the repetition. Maha Magri founded the company eight years ago and today leads its operations. She built the team one person at a time, choosing each host for their sense of service and their discretion rather than for their formal experience. It is this standard, held over time, that has led Paris palaces, airlines and official representations to entrust their passengers to Star One.
Our airport network
We focus our activity on the airports where our teams are present day to day: Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Paris-Orly, Paris-Le Bourget for business aviation, and Nice Côte d’Azur. This tight footprint is a choice: it lets us know every terminal, every meeting point and every route, rather than being present everywhere in an approximate way. Our private chauffeurs provide the links between these airports and your destinations, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

For eight years we have assisted passengers whose journeys call for particular care: diplomatic corps, official flights, public figures and business travellers. We also work with houses of prestige and players in air travel. Our clientele is largely international, with a significant share of travellers from the Middle East. Out of respect for their privacy, we never disclose the identity of the people we accompany : it is a condition of our work, and one of the reasons it is entrusted to us.
