Paris airport VIP welcome for Gulf travellers

Star One VIP welcomes travellers at the Paris airports and at Nice. You can book from Saudi Arabia, in Arabic, and on arrival you are met by our own teams, who speak your language.

Booking from Saudi Arabia

We have a booking office in Saudi Arabia. You reach it in Arabic, and the details of your welcome are settled before you travel: airport, time, number of passengers, meeting point.

One thing we say plainly from the outset: we do not currently operate inside Riyadh or Jeddah airports. The booking is made from Saudi Arabia; the welcome takes place in France.

You receive the arrangements in writing before departure, so you know where and when our representative will meet you.

What happens when you land

A member of our team meets you inside the terminal, at a point agreed in advance.

We take care of your luggage, accompany you through the formalities, and take you to the lounge where your ticket allows it, then to your vehicle. On departure, the same arrangements apply in reverse.

Our teams are employed by Star One VIP, not subcontracted. They work in Arabic, French and English.

We operate at four airports : Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Paris-Orly, Paris-Le Bourget and Nice Côte d’Azur.

A private chauffeur can then take over your journeys, in Paris and beyond.

Assistance on departure · in transit · on arrival : each stage is described on these pages.

Entering the Schengen area

Since April 2026, the EU Entry/Exit System has been fully operational. It applies to nationals of countries outside the European Union, which includes travellers from the Gulf states.

Your biometric data is recorded on entry and on exit. The first registration takes the longest, as it creates your record; later crossings are quicker. Free self-service pre-registration kiosks are available at the main French airports.

We do not quote a duration: it depends on the terminal, the time of day and the traffic. What we do is tell you before you travel whether you are affected and what will be asked of you, and accompany you through it.

Travelling as a family

Children, older relatives, a large amount of luggage, a group that needs to stay together: these are among the arrivals we handle most often.

We confirm the number of passengers and bags in advance, and assign the team members and vehicles needed. Nobody waits, and nobody gets separated in the terminal.

Assistance for passengers with reduced mobility is provided free of charge by the airport, on request through your airline. Our accompaniment comes in addition to it, not instead of it.

Confidentiality

The details of your journey belong to you alone: when you travel, why, and who travels with you.

Our confidentiality undertaking is contractual, and every member of our teams is individually bound by it.

No assignment is publicised. No name is cited, on this site or anywhere else. No photograph is taken.

Preparing your welcome

The earlier the details reach us, the more precise the welcome. Here is what we need:

  • Flight number and date
  • Airport and expected time
  • Number of passengers
  • Number and type of bags
  • Destination in Paris or beyond
  • Any particular requirements: children, older travellers, reduced mobility

We then confirm the meeting point and the arrangements, and send you a quotation.

Arrange your arrival in Paris

Send us your flight number, the date and the number of passengers. We confirm the meeting point and the arrangements before you travel.

Quality · Professionalism · Confidentiality · 24/7 · Major French and neighbouring airports.
