Welcome at the aircraft door
Our host waits for you at the aircraft door or the end of the jet bridge, name sign in hand. You have nothing to look for.
Formalities and checks
We accompany you through the security and, depending on your origin, the border formalities. Our team knows the circuits of each terminal and moves you through without detours.
Luggage and re-checking
Checked bags usually follow through to your final destination. When they do not, a change of airline or alliance, we take care of collecting and re-checking them.
Lounge or boarding gate
Depending on the length of your layover and your eligibility, we settle you into a lounge. When the time comes, we accompany you to your boarding gate.
Short connections
A tight layover calls for particular preparation. We study in advance the real time you have, the distance between your two terminals and the checks to clear. Our host is in position at the aircraft door before you even land. At Roissy-Charles de Gaulle, a terminal change may involve a shuttle or an internal transfer; we factor this in and accompany you the whole way.
Terminal change and Schengen transition
A transit in Paris often involves more than a simple move. Crossing between Schengen and non-Schengen areas adds formalities that we anticipate, including the biometric checks of the Entry/Exit System (EES) where they apply to your journey. Our team knows the terminals of Roissy, down to the concourses of Terminal 2E used by long-haul flights.

What to prepare
To arrange your transit, we need your two flight numbers, your booking reference (PNR), a copy of your passports and the number of bags. We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead. Subject to availability, we also handle last-minute requests.

It depends on your terminals, your origin and the formalities to clear. Send us your two flights and we will tell you whether the connection is realistic and how to arrange it.
Do my bags follow automatically?
Usually, yes. If you change airline or alliance, re-checking may be needed: we take care of it.
What happens if my first flight is delayed?
We track your flights continuously and adjust our presence. If the connection cannot be held, we accompany you to your airline.
Can I access a lounge during the layover?
Depending on your travel class or status, and optionally in other cases.
