Airport assistance for official delegations and public figures
Star One receives official delegations, diplomatic missions and public figures at the Paris airports and at Nice. Assistance is conducted according to protocol, with a single point of contact and a contractual confidentiality undertaking.
Arranging protocol assistance
Describe the visit you are preparing : dates, airport, composition of the delegation. A single contact will reply and build the arrangements with you.
What an official visit requires
Receiving a delegation is not the same as receiving the sum of the people in it.
Order matters. Precedence determines who disembarks first, who is presented, and who travels in which vehicle. Aides, advisers and technical staff follow a route of their own, separate from that of the head of delegation. And where official services are already present on site, our role is to fit into their arrangements, never to substitute ourselves for them.
None of this can be improvised on the day. It is prepared with the organiser of the visit, in advance and in detail.
Our work at the airport
This is the heart of what we do, and our own teams carry it out.
Beforehand, we work with the organiser of the visit: the composition of the delegation, the level of protocol expected, actual timings, the vehicles required and the meeting points. We check the terminal and submit any access requests needed.
On the day, a named supervisor leads the assistance. The delegation is received, accompanied through the formalities and taken to the private terminal lounge where the visit provides for it. Luggage is handled separately. Vehicles are positioned and allocated in the agreed order.
On departure, the same arrangements apply in reverse, with the same team.
We operate at Roissy-Charles de Gaulle, Paris-Orly, Paris-Le Bourget and Nice Côte d’Azur.
Beyond the airport
An official visit does not end at the terminal. Journeys, scheduled engagements, receptions, the return leg: the organisation continues, and it involves other parties.
Star One remains your single point of contact and coordinates the whole. We ourselves provide the reception, the accompaniment and the logistics.
Where a visit calls for security services, these are entrusted to certified professionals licensed for that regulated activity. Star One does not carry out private security work and provides none of it directly. Our role is to coordinate those parties with the rest of the arrangements, so that the organiser has only one contact.
This division of responsibilities is set out from the preparation stage, so that everyone knows precisely what falls to whom.
Confidentiality, before anything else
An official visit is sensitive information. Its date, its purpose, the identity of those taking part and the way it unfolds belong to the organiser alone.
Our confidentiality undertaking is contractual. It applies to all our teams, each of whom is individually bound by it.
No assignment is publicised. No name is cited, on this site or anywhere else. No photograph is taken or circulated. Information provided to prepare a visit is shared only with those who need it to carry it out.
We have accompanied diplomatic missions, official flights and public figures. We do not name them. That is precisely what allows us to accompany them.
Preparing a visit
The earlier preparation begins, the more precise the arrangements. Here is what we need.
- The dates, the flights and the direction of travel
- The composition of the delegation and the total number of people
- The level of protocol expected
- Any aides, advisers or technical staff travelling with the party
- The number and type of vehicles required
- The programme on the ground, in outline
- A single point of contact on the organiser’s side
- Any particular requirements, protocol-related or otherwise
These details allow us to draw up written arrangements, agreed with you before the delegation arrives.
Frequently asked questions
Who is this service for ?
Diplomatic missions, institutions, international organisations, companies receiving a foreign delegation, agencies organising an official visit, and anyone arranging travel for a public figure.
Do you provide security for the delegation ?
No. Private security is a regulated activity, and Star One does not carry it out. Where a visit requires it, we coordinate certified and licensed professionals. Our own role covers reception, accompaniment and logistics.
Which airports do you operate at ?
Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Paris-Orly, Paris-Le Bourget and Nice Côte d’Azur, on departure as well as on arrival.
How do you guarantee confidentiality ?
Through a binding contractual undertaking to which each member of our teams is individually held. No assignment is publicised, no name cited, no photograph taken or circulated.
How much notice do you need ?
As much as possible. An official visit involves checks, access requests and coordination with several parties. Late requests are considered, but the arrangements are necessarily more limited.
Can you receive a large delegation ?
Yes. The arrangements scale to the number of people and vehicles involved. We tell you at the preparation stage what resources we will deploy.
