VIP hosts and hostesses for your events

Star One accompanies your guests of honour throughout your events, in Paris and on the French Riviera. Our hosts and hostesses welcome them on arrival, settle them into the VIP lounge or box, then remain at their disposal until they leave. An attentive presence, in English, French and Arabic, made for a demanding international clientele.

Build your welcome team

Describe your event and the profile of your guests. We propose a suitable arrangement and a detailed quote.

Accompanying your guests, not just receiving them

The difference lies in duration and attention. A reception desk directs visitors at the entrance; our teams, by contrast, take charge of a person or a group and stay with them. They welcome them on arrival at the venue, lead them to their lounge or box, see to their settling in, then keep a discreet presence throughout the event. It is a role of availability rather than display: anticipating a request, easing an exchange in another language, handling a detail without the guest having to raise it. Our teams come from airport welcome, where this constant attention has been the rule for eight years.

How a mission unfolds

Each arrangement is sized according to the number of guests, the duration and the level of protocol expected.

The welcome on arrival

Your host waits for your guests at the agreed point, identifies them discreetly and takes charge from the very first steps.

Settling into the VIP lounge or box

Accompaniment to the reserved space, checking of access, presentation of the venue and the services available.

Assistance during the event

A continuous presence, interpreting, liaison with the venue staff, catering, particular requests.

The departure

Accompaniment to the exit and coordination with your chauffeur or ours, at the time chosen by your guests.

From the airport to your event

This is what few can offer. When your guests come from abroad, we take charge of the whole journey: welcome as they leave the aircraft at Roissy, Orly or Nice, accompaniment in the terminal, private chauffeur transfer to their hotel, then a presence at their side on the evening of the event. A single point of contact oversees the chain, with the same discretion at every step. For a delegation, a board or guests of honour, this continuity removes the gaps (the ones that always show).

Our teams and how we work

It all starts with a brief. We study your event, the profile of your guests, the venue and the protocol expectations, then build the team accordingly : numbers, languages, experience of the type of occasion. Outfits are defined with you. A team leader is appointed for each arrangement: they brief the hosts beforehand, supervise on site and remain your point of contact from start to finish. Our hosts operate in English, French and Arabic : a combination still rare, while Gulf clientele is very present at the major Paris occasions. Discretion is the rule : we never disclose the identity of the people we accompany.

It depends on the numbers, the duration, the hours and the level of service. It is given at the quote stage and confirmed before the event

Yes. It is our original work: welcome in the terminal, transfer and a presence at the event, coordinated by the same contact.
